PT KAO Indonesia Membuka lowongan kerja dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

TECHNICAL EXECUTIVE (KODE : FACTORY – TE)
Gambaran Pekerjaan :

• Merencanakan dan merancang hal-hal terkait engineering dan melaksanakan aktivitas proyek
• Melakukan instalasi peralatan atau proses kontrol baru, mesin produksi, dan fasilitas lainnya
• Melakukan evaluasi dan melakukan pengembangan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi
• Melakukan stabilisasi proses setelah dilakukan perbaikan
• Mengatur perencanaan maintenance dan mengkoordinir anggota tim proyek
• Mengimplementasi proyek pengurangan biaya

Persyaratan :

1. Pendidikan min. S1 Teknik Mesin
2. Fresh graduate dipersilakan untuk melamar, namun lebih disukai yang berpengalaman 1 tahun di bidang yang sama
3. Mengetahui PDCA circle, Kaizen, dan standar keamanan kerja
4. Memiliki pengetahuan dasar mengenai ISO 9001 dan 14001
5. Menguasai komputer (khususnya Ms. Office dan AutoCAD) serta fasih berbahasa Inggris
6. Mampu memimpin serta memiliki kemampuan analisis dan problem solving yang baik
7. Bersedia untuk di tempatkan di Pabrik Cikarang / Karawang

SALES-MARKETING DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Persyaratan :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial / Chemical Engineering, Economic, Business Studies / Administration / Management / Marketing, or equivalent.
2. Preferably fresh graduates or entry level applicants.
3. Have pleasant personality, good communication skill, target oriented, self initiative, strong analytical thinking and strong leadership.
4. Fluent in English and familiar using Ms. Office programs.
5. Willing to be processed in Head Office, Jakarta Selatan.
6. Full time positions available.
7. Will be processed on August 2019

TRADE MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Persyaratan:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies /Administration /Management, Economics or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduates /Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
3. Excellent presentation and proactive communication skills as well as excellent command of spoken and written English and Indonesia
4. Computer literacy to include : Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point etc.
5. Creative and proactive

IT PROGRAMMER
Persyaratan:

1. Bachelor degree in computer science and IT
2. At least 1 year of working experiences in the related field is required for this responsibilities
3. Effective in both spoken and written English
4. Require skills : PHP; javascript ; MySQL
5. Understand Oracle database server

INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS EXECUTIVE
Persyaratan:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
2. Preferably having at least 1 (one) year experience in the related field.
3. Understanding of Indonesia Law and Labor regulations.
4. Strong communication skill and negotiation skill
5. Good command in English and computer literate.

ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE
Persyaratan:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
3. Strong capabilities in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Accounting software preferably SAP.
4. Detail oriented and accurate at numeral operation.

KEY ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Persyaratan:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Business Studies, Economic Management, Marketing or equivalent.
2. Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
3. Good character & strong communication skill, fluent in English.
4. Challenge achieve target.
5. Creative and proactive.
6. Having driving license (SIM A).

AREA SALES SUPERVISOR (SUMATERA UTARA)
Persyaratan:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Economics Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent
2. Fresh graduates or entry level applicants are encourages to apply.
3. Have pleasant personality, good communication skill and strong leadership.
4. Have good command in English and Hokkian.
5. Challenge achieve target, creative and proactive.
6. Willing to travel and to be placed all over Kao branches.
7. Willing to attend selection processes in Kao Indonesia branch office.
8. Have driving license (SIM A).

PRODUCTION DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
Persyaratan :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial / Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
2. Preferably fresh graduates or entry level applicants.
3. Familiar with AutoCad is an advantage.
4. Have pleasant personality, good communication skill, target oriented, self initiative, strong analytical thinking and strong leadership.
5. Fluent in English and familiar using Ms. Office programs.
6. Willing to be processed in Head Office, Jakarta Selatan.
7. Willing to be placed in Factory Cikarang (Jababeka) or Karawang (KIIC).
8. Full time positions available.
9. Will be processed on August 2019

PRODUCTION EXECUTIVE
Persyaratan:

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering.
2. Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
3. Self-initiative, have good motivation, and good leadership.
4. Good analytical and logical thinking, good interpersonal communication, able to work in team and proactive.

6. Willing to work in Cikarang Factory.

FACTORY ACCOUNTING & COST CONTROL EXECUTIVE
Persyaratan:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting with 1-2 years experiences in accounting and cost control.
2. Strong capabilities in computer programs such as Microsoft Office and Accounting software preferably SAP.
3. Detail oriented and accurate at numeral operation.
4. Willing to be placed in Karawang Factory.
