Sejak tahun 1954 perusahaan Sarihusada telah beroperasi di Indonesia sebagai wujud nyata Program Kecukupan Protein Nasional yang diselenggarakan pemerintah Indonesia bersama Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa (PBB). Dalam pertumbuhan bisnis yang kian meningkat, Sarihusada memperkuat posisinya di level internasional dengan beraliansi dengan Nutricia Internasional BV (Royal Numico NV) pada tahun 1998. Pada 2007, Sarihusada secara resmi keluar dari Bursa Efek Jakarta (BEJ) maupun Surabaya (BES) dan menjadi perusahaan tertutup. Danone Group kemudian mengakuisisi Royal Numico pada tahun 2008, sehingga menjadikannya sebagai pemegang saham mayoritas di Sarihusada.

PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR
Gambaran Pekerjaan :
- Responsible for ensuring effective and efficient production in official shifts according to supply chain planning, implementation of safety and food safety.
- Ensure implementation of Safety, Quality & Food Safety, Productivity and Environment in production process through implementation of management system consistently.
- Responsible for competencies improvement of subordinate in order to support all planned activity.
Persyaratan:
- Posses a bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Food Science & Technology.
- Graduates from reputable university.
- Preferred have an experience in FMCG Manufacturing, particularly production with minimum level of Supervisor for 2 years.
- Good knowledge in dairy production process is a must.
- Fast learner, willing learn something new and drive result.
- Good communication skills both in Bahasa and English.
- Willing work in shift and willing to be placed in Sarihusada Factory.
MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR
Gambaran Pekerjaan :
- Responsible to maintain reliability machine in Production by creating maintenance system & preventive maintenance efficiently & effectively.
- Creates continues improvement in Production to reduce downtime.
- Make sure safety and food safety system are well implemented in maintenance.
- Develop team to drive performing team.
Persyaratan:
- Posses a bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronic.
- Graduates from reputable university.
- Preferred have an experience in FMCG Manufacturing minimum in Supervisor level for 2 years.
- Good knowledge in automation in Production is a must.
- Fast learner, willing learn something new and drive result.
- Good communication skills both in Bahasa and English.
- Willing work in shift and willing to be placed in Sarihusada Factory.
